WHAT WE DID
Creating a brand’s first large consumer experience is a task that is not to be taken lightly. Iconic Canadian bike brand, Rocky Mountain Bicycles, has had 54blue entrenched in the design process to expand and develop a consumer experience, one that can translate from a premium fixture installation to a simple single bike display. The starting point for the project was a concept shop in shop in Western Canada.
Leveraging Rocky Mountain’s west coast vibe with clean lines, clever design and a mix of natural materials the many moving parts all fell into place. Maximizing space while providing an organized branded feel was the main goal. The concept also needed to be original and resonate perfectly with the brand. The new space engages your senses but offers a relaxed flow that presents the product to consumer in a luxurious way. Clean and silent sales information is all wrapped in the historic lifestyle image of Rocky Mountain Bicycles.
Custom concepts done, approved, and installed. We have a very happy brand and an even happier retailer.
The focus now turns to producing economically minded modular displays for Rocky Mountain Bicycles. Flat packable, easy to ship, and still maintain the carefully cultivated look and feel of the premium shop in shop. Once this is done, the final emphasis will switch to matching mass-market signage frames and small, simple to produce, consumer point of purchase materials to complete the full fixturing program.
